My Unique Story
Have you made the climb up the CN Tower yet? Well, the Mortgage Delivery Guy has, and in an astounding 17 minutes! Not to mention Russian sauna ritual, ice cold water dips in winter and being an avid lover of running and biking, and I would say that I am unique in more ways than just the mortgage solutions I offer to home owners!
When it comes to getting into the mortgage industry and becoming a mortgage agent,the Mortgage Delivery Guy took the path less traveled. Emanating from an academic and professional background in healthcare, I spent 10 years managing and monitoring clinical trials in both Canada and the United States.
It wasn’t until 5 years ago when I was exposed to a number of real estate paradoxes that this normal working class guy began to transform. These paradoxes were eye opening and forced me to think about the factors that impact real estate instead of blindly going out and buying houses to renovate and make money.
With this newly formed perception of the real estate market, I discovered a way where people could benefit from Canadian real estate. I created a niche in the market and began helping families and individuals with non-mortgage related solutions to own/ save their home.
I successfully introduced a proprietary method of lease options and joint Venture partnerships in Auckland, New Zealand in 2008. I continued helping Canadians here with lease options and helped creating joint ventures.This spawned a jump into the mortgage arena and where I got my FSCO license in 2010 and started helping first time home buyers and real estate investors with their mortgage needs. All my past skills have equipped me with a non-mortgage related arsenal which allows me to be different in the mortgage industry. I am not your typical mortgage agent.
